Absolutely perfect. Best Sushi in the metroplex. Atmosphere balances posh without being stuffy. We had the short rib wonton, miso cod, sushi, and lobster fried rice. It was all amazing. To top it off Andy, our server was the best. He made our dinner a great night.

This was our first visit to Musume at The Star, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we sat down until the time we left, everything was exceptional. The sushi was next level—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Every recommendation was spot on, and you could truly taste the quality and freshness in every bite. Our server, Shay, made the experience even better. She was bubbly, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She noticed it was our first time dining there and took the time to recommend several dishes, all of which were absolutely fantastic. One thing I especially appreciated was that our water glasses were never empty (a huge plus in my book!), and our table was always kept clean with dishes cleared promptly without ever feeling rushed. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and an overall amazing dining experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Musume to anyone looking for incredible sushi and top-notch hospitality!

Upon recommendations from the North Texas Vegans group on Facebook, we met my sister and brother-in-law at Musume for dinner this evening. Our waiter, Andy, was an absolute joy to work with. He was incredibly versed on which items we would be able to eat and what small changes would be necessary to meet our plant-based requirements. Everything he served us was delicious!! It was truly a high-end culinary experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was the best we’ve had anywhere in a LONG time! If you’re vegan, I highly recommend the broccolini served with garlic ponzu and chili crisp , the crispy brussel sprouts, the Togarashi fries with sambal ketchup, the truffle miso eggplant, the Superfly sushi roll, the charred corn ribs (minus the miso butter, but still amazing), and the crispy tofu. We also had delicious shishito peppers in miso glaze while we waited for the other dishes to come. The coconut and mango sorbet was served to us to share for dessert, and it was a lovely ending to this divine experience. Thanks to Andy, the incredible chef, and the other servers who kept our waters full and plates removed from the table when we finished them, we had one of the best dinn

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at Musume this past week and the food & atmosphere were both impressive! The service was lacking but everything else made up for it! Menus had not been cleaned - there was food/sauce splattered on pages, they don’t crumb between courses or refresh plates, no pre-bussing/clearing of plates before the next course is brought out - just small things that you expect when you’re dining out at a restaurant of this caliber/price point. The food was outstanding and deserves all the praise! Ingredients were fresh, every dish was balanced and cooked perfectly, beautiful presentation! Really wish the other parts of Musume impressed us as well!

June was such an amazing server to my friends and me! We’re new to Texas and the Frisco area, so this was such a great experience for us. The ambiance is truly a vibe — classy but still welcoming. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and everything looked just as good as it tasted. The service was attentive and warm, and the manager even came by to check on us, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be returning!
